OUR CASHMERE

What makes our cashmere different.

Where It Comes From

Our cashmere comes from goats raised by nomadic herders in Mongolia and Inner Mongolia. These families follow seasonal patterns and use traditional combing methods to collect the soft undercoat. The animals are not harmed. The fiber is sorted and collected locally before being sent to small- and medium-sized certified factories for processing.

Sustainable & Ethical

We believe that cashmere should be made in a way that respects both people and the planet. That’s why we work with producers who avoid overgrazing and follow grazing rotation plans. Our factory partners offer fair wages and safe working environments.

At the same time, we know that the Mongolian landscape is under pressure, especially from mining and climate change. That’s why we started “Origin Mongolia,” our own non-profit initiative. A portion of our margin goes directly into reforestation projects in Mongolia. This helps rebuild soil, reduce dust storms, and bring long-term stability to the land.

ABOUT COMBING

“The natural combing process is entirely harmless to the goats — in fact, it brings them relief. ”

From technical planning to production management, we turn your concepts into high-quality cashmere products — efficiently, reliably, and with full transparency.

Quality Standards

The cashmere we use is tested for quality, fiber thickness, and color. We focus on fibers that are 14.5 to 16.5 microns — thin enough to feel soft, strong enough to last. We never blend with acrylic or polyester. If dyeing is involved, we work with certified processes to ensure it’s safe for skin and low-impact on the environment.

Whether for garments, accessories, or home items, we aim for softness, durability, and consistent production quality.

Traceable & Transparent

We’re working on the process and will share full documentation on every step of our supply chain — fromorigin to the finished product. You’ll know who made your products and how they were made. All partners are documented, certified where possible, and regularly visited.

In the future, we plan to make this even more visible. Our long-term goal is to build a digital traceability system. With it, you can follow the journey of your products. You can even track the tree your purchase helped to plant in Mongolia.

Here’s how we work with you.

Choose your design

ODM & MERCH:

You choose a product and tell us how you’d like to customize it. This includes adding your logo, changing colors, or applying embroidery/printing. We support you throughout the process with technical advice and customization recommendations tailored to your project.

OEM:

You share your design idea or technical pack. We support the development of your custom collection and discuss any adjustments or optimization needed. This helps us understand the materials, construction, and estimated cost per item.

Approve your sample

We create a prototype sample — physical or digital (2D) depending on your needs.

You can review the sample, request adjustments, or confirm the final version.
This ensures you are fully satisfied before production begins.

MOQ and order:

After receiving the final offer, you confirm your order. Once confirmed, we agree on a timeline that meets your expected delivery date.

Receive your delivery

Production:

After approving the order, we move to production at certified factories following strict quality control.

Standard production takes 4–8 weeks (cashmere depends on seasonal raw material cycles). Cashmere production typically starts in summer, after raw material is collected in spring. We work with certified factories and follow strict quality control protocols throughout the process.

Shipping:

We offer flexible shipping options. Standard shipping timelines depend on your location. We can also arrange express or premium shipping to meet tighter delivery schedules, within 2 weeks when necessary.
